Following a public hearing at which there were no speakers, the Board voted unanimously to declare a negative environmental impact on the proposed 2 lot minor subdivision by William Proctor at 585 Madonna Lake Road. They then approved the proposal as well.
[private]Proctor is purchasing half of a tract of land slightly larger than 60-acres adjoining the two acres he already owns. The subdivision allows him to then separate a 5-acre parcel to build a homestead.
There was no other business brought before the Board on Monday night, December 19. Its next meeting is scheduled for January 16.[/private]
