Ladies Grab League Wins

HF 65 – Spa Central Catholic 36

Tuesday, January 10 at HFCS. SCC was unable to field a JV team so only a varsity game was held this evening. Hoosick Falls scored 22 points to SCC’s six in the first quarter and dominated for the remainder of the game.[private] The halftime score was 45-9. After halftime, Coach DeGraaf substituted freely. This was the Panthers first meeting with SCC as a league foe. Kelly Pine had 16 points, Liz Ryan added 13 points and nine rebounds. Noreen McAuliffe scored 12 points and Eliza Whitman chipped in 11.

HF 61 – Mechanicville 49

Friday, January 6 at MHS. Liz Ryan had 21 point to lead the Panthers past the Red Raiders. Grabbing a 20-14 lead at the end of the first quarter, the Panthers outscored the Raiders in every quarter but the fourth. Ryan had plenty of help from Kelly Pine (16 points, 11 rebounds) and Logan Thayne (10 points and seven rebounds).

Friday, January 13, the Ladies host Stillwater at HFCS. Varsity game time is 7:30 pm. [/private]
