Bossoni Rolls Perfect Game, But Panther Bowlers Lose League Championship Match To Fort Edward

Senior co-captain Jon Bossoni was perfect as he led the Hoosick Falls Bowling Team to their highest single game total of the year, 1288, on Friday afternoon, February 10.[private]Unfortunately it wasn’t enough as the Panther bowlers fell to Fort Edward in the Adirondack League Championship Match by a final total of 3460-3591 pins.

In addition to his first perfect “300” game, Bossoni had games of 255 and 236 making him the high bowler for the match with a 791 series.  Other top scores for Hoosick Falls included: Chris Snyder 220-609, AJ Hurlburt 225-590, Evan Webster 227-592, Dan Suite 223-581, Erin McCart 194-545, Tyler Lindsey 194-523, James Hynd 195 and Brody Mullen 195.  Top bowlers for Fort Edward included  Jacob Krywry 251-709, Natalie Perras 244-658, Tyler Stone 254-709, Sophie Greco 553-541 and Brenton DeLisle 202-537.

The Hoosick Falls bowlers are looking forward to seeing their northern rivals again this Tuesday as both teams will travel to Schenectady to compete in Section II Class C Tournament. [/private]
