HFCS Bowlers Win Another Match

The Hoosick Falls Bowling team held their senior match Thursday afternoon as they hosted Waterford in the last contest of the regular season.  [private]Led by their 4 seniors, Tyler Lindsey 228-576, Jon Bossoni 191-559, Matt Bulson 202-543 and Dan Suite 182-483,  Hoosick Falls won all four points in the match.  Junior co-captain AJ Hurlburt was the high bowler of the match with an impressive 248-704.  Other top scores for the Panthers included: Chris Snyder 216-607; James Hynd 212-531; Meghan Backes 200-530, Erin McCart 182-524 and Evan Webster 183.  Domminick Ippolito was the high bowler for Waterford with a 226-612.

Hoosick Falls finishes the season with a record of 57-7, good enough for first place in the Southern Division, securing their place in the Adirondack League Championship match next Thursday.  They will also compete in the Adirondack League Tournament on Tuesday as they hope to keep their momentum rolling into the postseason. [/private]
