One of the emerging bright lights in the Capital Region’s roots music scene, The Hill Hollow Band performs with a rambling energy that must be seen to be appreciated. Armed with a multitude of instruments, eclectic arrangements, and musical influences that span a century, this band has a well-earned reputation as local live performance favorites.

Get ready to enjoy richly textured arrangements including accordion, mandolin, fiddle, guitars, pedal steel, bass, and full harmony vocals. Stir in some spicy sax, and all of a sudden, you’ve got a music festival on your hands!

Also on stage will be The Hubbard Hall Irish Dancers and the bagpipers of the Taconic Pipe Band and Galloway Gaelic Pipes and Drums.

Great corned beef sandwiches and others treats from Jean’s Place of North Hoosick will be served along with your favorite beverages.

The Hoosick Falls St. Patrick’s Parade is on March 11 at 1 pm. If you are interested in taking part in the parade or need more information contact Kevin O’Malley at 518-894-5035 or Marie O’Neil at 518-686-4829. [/private]
