Ladies Grab Two More Wins

HF 57- Greenwich 38

Tuesday, January 31 at HFCS. HF L 11-2. The Ladies ran into scoring problems in the second quarter that delayed projecting the outcome of the game but got things going in the second half to pull away and get a win.[private] Kelly Pine had 16 points, Eliza Whitman and Logan Thayne each added 11. Pine and Thayne each pulled down six rebounds. Olivia Barnes led Greenwich with 12 points.

HF 55 – Cambridge 36

Friday, January 27 at CCS. HF L 10-2. The Panther Ladies traveled up Route 22 to visit the Cambridge Indians. The first quarter was an even match as the Panthers put 10 points on the board to Cambridge’s 11. For the next three quarters, the Panthers outscored the Indians 45-25 and ran away with the game. Freshman Logan Thayne scored 13 points and hauled down 13 rebounds, while Kelly Pine scored 11 points and grabbed 14 rebounds of her own.

Friday, February 4, the Ladies head to Hoosic Valley High for a big game against the Indians. Both teams are trying to keep pace with Tamarac and their one game lead. [/private]
