Through his representative Jim Kelly, Eric Schold is asking the Berlin Planning Board for approval of his plan to cut out a 40-acre parcel of land from his 147-acre plot. [private]Kelly presented the Board with the completed application, and a survey that shows the division. The SEQRA form was also submitted and accepted.
A public hearing on the proposal was set for Thursday, February 23 at 7 pm, after which the Board will consider giving its approval to the application. There was no other business presented and the meeting was adjourned.[/private]
