A Lot Line Adjustment Gets Its OK
There were no speakers at the Public Hearing held by the Planning Board on Monday March 13, on a proposal by Mary Farrell to adjust the property line between her and land owned by Farrell Homes along Simon Road. [private]
The point of the transfer, involving 1.2 acres, is to allow placement of modular homes used as sales models. Farrell Homes is owned by her son Charles. Board Chairman Tom Withcuskey declared there was no significant environment impact, and the Board approved the adjustment. With no other business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.[/private]
