Southard Memorial Service

Memorial Service For Marjorie Southard Saturday May 6 At 11 am At The Hancock Baptist Church

A memorial service celebrating the life of Marjorie Southard will be held this coming Saturday, May 6 at 11 am at the Hancock Baptist Church in Hancock, Massachusetts.  A reception for family and friends will follow at the Hancock Fire House.[private]

Mrs. Southard passed away in December of 2016 after a long illness.  She was a lifelong resident of Hancock where she grew up and with her husband, James, raised their family.  Mrs. Southard played an important role in the life of the community, including service on the Hancock School Board, Town Clerk and the Willing Workers.  She was pre-deceased by her husband James, her brothers Hollis, Lawrence and Robert, and her grandson Jason. She is survived by her brothers Perry and Donald, her sister Emma Blair, her daughters Susan and Nancy, her sons James, Christopher and Bruce, their spouses/partners, six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Contributions in memory of Mrs. Southard may be made to the Hancock Baptist Church.  [/private]
