Della May Chirasello

Hoosick Falls – Della May Chirasello, 95, passed away on July 22, 2017 at the Diamond Hill Nursing Home.  She formerly resided on Clay Hill Road and was the wife of the late Nickolas Charisello, who died in 1997. Della was born on October 10, 1921 in Goshen, New York, daughter of Charles and Ada Jones.

She was a homemaker all of her life.

Survivors include her daughter Janet Gore, sons Nickolas, John and Thomas Chirasello, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Thursday July 27, at 1:30 pm from the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, New York. Burial followed the service at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hoosick Falls.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad through the funeral home.
