Sherri J. Bowman

Sherri J. Bowman, 59, of North Hoosick, passed away at St. Peter’s Hospital on Thursday, October 19, 2017. Born in Troy on November 16, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Southgate and Mildred Thomas Southgate, who survives.

Sherri was a graduate of Hoosick Falls High School. After graduation she went on to Cambridge School of Nursing. She loved all animals, cats, horses, and especially her dog, Teeny. She enjoyed flowers, being on her computer, and most importantly, spending time, going out to eat, and partying with her friends and family.

Sherri is survived by her loving husband, Robert Bowman of North Hoosick, her mother, Mildred Southgate of Hoosick Falls, her daughter, Kirsta (Joshua) Sevigny of Milwaukee, WI, her sister-in-law, Christine (William) Foley of Clifton Park, and by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Services for Sherri will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Those who wish to remember Sherri in a special way may consider a donation to the Second Chance Animal Shelter, PO Box 620, Shaftsbury VT, 05262. Condolence book at parkerbrosmemorial.com
