January 12, 2018 By eastwickpress

Stephentown

Bernard Henry Suydan, 72, of Stephentown, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Born in New Ashford, MA on March 15, 1945, he was the son of the late David and Marion Suydan.

Henry had a long career as a self-employed carpenter. He had a love for collecting things, especially cars. What brought him most joy, however, was spending time with and taking care of his beloved wife, Sandra Huls Suydan.

Along with his wife, Henry is survived by his children; David Suydan of Mohawk, NY, Stacy (Don Sr.) Cepiel of North Greenbush, and Shaun Huls of Lebanon Springs, and his grandchildren; Shaun Huls Jr., Eleanor Cepiel, and Connor Cepiel. A memorial service to honor Henry’s life will be held at a later date. Those who wish to remember Henry in a special way may make a donation to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204.
