Operation At East teamed up with the American Infidels Motorcycle Club to host the second annual Wounded Vet Run, this year in support of Army Veteran Paul Miosek. The event took place this past Saturday, July 28, starting at Brunswick Harley Davidson, and ending at Trick Shots in Clifton Park. Paul was serving in Operation Dessert Storm, when he came into contact with high voltage power lines that left him permanently disabled.

The incident put him in a coma for six weeks, emerging with a traumatic brain injury, severe burns, eye problems as well has having both legs amputated. In all, he spent more than two years in various hospitals, home and abroad. Paul however, has fought to regain his independence. He is now a college graduate, married with a wife of 20 years and three children. All his children, however, have autism and ADHD.
Proceeds from the run will help pay for a new deck and ramp for Paul at his Niskayuna home. The American Infidels MC donated 100 percent of the profits to the cause.
