Cutting The Ribbon In Bennington

Officials from the Tri-State Area Federal Credit Union were joined by the Bennington Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Bennington Community Monday morning, October 1. The bank officially opened its new branch on Washington Street in Bennington.

The ceremony also marked the institution’s 65th Anniversary.  TSAFCU was formerly known as the Hoosick Federal Credit Union, but changed its name when it expanded its coverage area to include all of Bennington County, Vermont, as well as northern Berkshire County in Massachusetts and northern Rensselaer County.
