HAYC3’s Award Presented To Youth Volunteers

October 19, 2018 By steve bradley

Annually, HAYC3 recognizes an individual who exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism in Hoosick Falls. However, this year it was clear four youth volunteers should be honored. At the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors on October 9, Executive Director Aelish Nealon presented Kari Granger, Stella Granger, Payton Merrills, and Drew Restino, with the 2018 HAYC3 Community Service Award. This is the 18th year for this award.“

This summer, HAYC3 was thrilled to have them volunteer during our camp program,” said Nealon. “They brought amazing spirit and embraced HAYC3’s mission to lead by positive example in all aspects of life.”

During HAYC3’s Enrichment Camps kids explore, examine, experiment, exercise, create, draw, paint, build, bond, discover new ideas, develop personal and teamwork skills, get wet, share, and have fun. To learn more about the program, visit HAYC3.org.
