Walking Through Forest Park

The turnout for the annual Walk Through of the Forest Park Cemetery in Brunswick was down some this year, weather being the most likely cause.  About 50 people signed in for the annual cleanup and historical trek through the Pinewoods Avenue burial grounds this past Saturday, October 20.

Over the past two years, the Brunswick Historical Society has been working to upright gravestones that have been damaged over the years. Twenty two were restored to their original condition this year alone, with the help of Grethen-Cahrenger Memorials.
