Hoosick Falls Central School News

All State Music Festival Participants

Megan Joy and Quinn Kinney were selected to represent Hoosick Falls Jr./Sr. High School at the Area All State Music Festival that was held on Saturday, November 17 at the Saratoga Springs High School. This is a prestigious event where their selection is based on their scores achieved at the most recent NYSSMA Solo Evaluation Festival as well as the recommendations of their teachers, Dr. Ambigay Yudkoff (Chorus) and Mr. Rob Allen (Band). They rehearsed their rigorous programs all Saturday morning with their fellow performers from the Capital Region and the performance was held at 2 pm that day.

Drama Club Play

The Hoosick Falls High School Drama Club presents “You Can’t Take It With You” on Friday and Saturday, November 30 and December 1 at 7 pm, and Sunday December 2 at 2 pm.  The presentation takes place at the Hoosick Falls Jr./Sr. High School, and is free and open to the public.
