Submitted by Principal Amanda Goyer

Last week, students and staff at SMA surprised Mr. Anthony and Patricia Hayes with some award-winning news!  Mr. Hayes is the 2019 recipient of the Vicki Bullis Distinguished Support Staff Award from the Diocese of Albany.  Each class wrote the committee a letter stating why Mr. Hayes would be a deserving winner.  Mr. Hayes will be receiving his award at the Diocesan Catholic Schools Mass on Sunday, January 27 at 2 pm at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Albany.

We congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Hayes on their awards and are grateful for their years of service to our school community!
