They were picked up on a traffic stop on the Northway by the State Police from the Clifton Park barracks and turned over to Hoosick Falls Police.

Daniel Griffin, age 36 of 144 5th Ave in Troy and Kayla Dzembo, age 23, also of 144 5th Ave in Troy, were charged with Petit Larceny.  They were arraigned in front of Judge McClellan.  Dzembo was released to reappear at a later date.
