Phase I Construction Begins On Grafton Community Library
The Grafton Community Library recently began construction of a handicap vestibule entrance to the basement level of the library, a paved parking lot, and paved access road. This construction was made possible by grants received from the New York State Education Department Construction Grant, The McCarthy Charities, Inc., and The Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundations.
Construction is being performed by Montana Enterprises, LLC (Chad Hewitt) and Wayne G. Bulson and Son.
This phase of the construction project is expected to be completed in June.
