Man Accused Of Unlawful Surveillance
From a Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Department Press Release
A Town of Hoosick man is facing charges following a two-month joint investigation by the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office, NYSP Computer Crimes Unit (Troop G), and the United States Postal Inspectors, Troy NY Domicile – Boston Division.
Anthony Pascucci, 49, is being charged with twenty-three felony counts of unlawful surveillance in the second degree, and two counts of misdemeanor forcible touching.

A search warrant was executed on the cellular phone belonging to Anthony Pascucci where over one hundred images were streamed and saved to his phone from a hidden camera installed in the bedroom of the victim.
Pascucci was arraigned in Hoosick Village Court on Thursday, May 9, in front of the Honorable Judge Harold McClellan, where he was released on his own recognizance, with a full stay away order of protection on behalf of the victim. The alleged incidents occurred in the town, not the village however.
