A search warrant was executed on the cellular phone belonging to Anthony Pascucci where over one hundred images were streamed and saved to his phone from a hidden camera installed in the bedroom of the victim.

Pascucci was arraigned in Hoosick Village Court on Thursday, May 9, in front of the Honorable Judge Harold McClellan, where he was released on his own recognizance, with a full stay away order of protection on behalf of the victim. The alleged incidents occurred in the town, not the village however.
