Maclean Death Investigation Still Ongoing
June 4 marks the one-year anniversary of the death of Megan Maclean. The 31-year old woman was found deceased in a wooded area near her residence in Johnsonville.
She had been reported missing, last seen at her home on June 2. A friend, who went out looking, found her body along a nearby rail bed.

The Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police Major Crimes Unit continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding her death, the cause of which has never been released. The Sheriff’s Department also reiterates there is no danger to the public as the result of her death.
