A Lively Ukulele Jam
The Cheney Library’s new Multipurpose Room became a lively ukulele jam space on August 15. Hosted by Henry Simpatico of Bennington, the event welcomed musicians of all ages and experience levels. From 4 to 6:30 pm, the 12 players in attendance treated library patrons to a broad variety of well-loved songs. A future ukulele jam is currently in the planning stages.
