Man Charged With Assault
The Hoosick Falls Police Department arrested 48-year old Glen Manning of 3 Beckett Street on Sunday morning, September 1, after responding to a reported domestic at that address.
Manning was subsequently charged with Assault in the 3rd degree, Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.
He is to appear in Village Court on September 12.
