Emily Marpe Appointed
With the resignation of Trustee Brian Bushner taking effect on Wednesday, September 25, Hoosick Falls Village Mayor Rob Allen has appointed Ms. Marpe as his replacement. The appointment was announced at a special Village Board meeting on that date.
Ms. Marpe ran for the Board in 2018, and narrowly lost to current Trustee Vanessa Lewis. She currently serves on the Hoosick Falls Central School Board as well.
At that meeting, the Board also declared itself to be lead agency for the SEQRA Review for the Woods Brook Buy-Out Program.
