Tuesday, Oct. 1. Stillwater was out to a 2 goal lead in the first half when Cody Hunt cut that in half with an assist from Kasey Billert. In the second half, Stillwater took control of the game, outscoring B-NL 5-0. Goaltender Kevin Chittenden had eight saves and Malik Plouffe had three for Stillwater.

Friday, Sept. 27. Playing shorthanded with 12 total players, Bishop McGinn played B/NL tough. Both teams held the other scoreless well into the second half before B/NL’s Kasey Billert scored with an assist from Winter Exley.

Saturday, Sept. 28. Maggie Brown, Sophie Estes and Phoebe Thomson each scored to get past a determined Oppenheim-Ephratah / St. Johnsville team that took the Panthers to double overtime. Zoey Becker had 12 saves for the Panthers and Ashlee Shelmandine had five for O-E/St J.

Saturday, Sept. 28. Game played at Afrim’s Sports Complex. Two days after a lopsided win for Stillwater, they did it again. The Stillwater Warriors blasted eight goals into the net in the first half and Tamarac couldn’t keep pace. Sophie Champagne scored the lone Bengal goal. Bengal Jenna Hunt had 15 saves and teammate Ella Toomajian had three of her own.

Saturday, Sept. 28. Vanessa Evans scored four goals, Sophie Phillips added two and Sydney Benson and Ruth Nolan each added one to get Cambridge a win over Canajoharie. Kayla McLenithan had one save for Cambridge while Hunter Pitcher had 18 for Canjo.

Friday, Sept. 27. Emily Schafer scored both of New Lebanon’s goals. Sydney Smith assisted on one and Jiana Darcy on the other. NL goalkeeper Brianna Shuhart had nine save.

Friday, Sept. 28. Sydney Smith and Amelia McDonald each assisted Emily Schafer to a goal to get the New Lebanon Tigers a win. Brianna Shuhart had 18 saves for the Tigers.

Thursday, Sept. 26. Sophie Champagne assisted Abby Yetto for what turned out to be the only Tamarac score. Stillwater got out to a three goal first half lead and cruised to the win. Jenna Hunt had seven saves in goal for the Bengals.

Thursday, Sept. 26. After falling behind 6-3, Berlin scored three goals and kept Spa Catholic from scoring for the remainder of the game, sending the game into overtime. Just prior to the end of regulation, Berlin’s Rachel Bortnick, who had scored all of Berlin’s six goals up to that point, suffered an injury. Her teammates came together and dominated the remainder of the game. Every girl on the team should be recognized for her efforts, especially Nora Colin, Jordanne Brazie, Heather Hughes and Jessica Bosso, for shutting down the firepower of Spa Catholic. Sophie Chloe Meyers had two assists and Jordanne Brazie had one. Sophie Ericson had a great game in goal with 12 saves.
