Cambridge Downs Tamarac, 41-21; Faces Stillwater Friday Evening

With a win over Tamarac last Saturday, the Cambridge-Salem Indians will make their way to Lansingburgh Friday evening to play Stillwater. It should be a great game. With only one defeat (a loss by C-S to Holy Trinity, who is now in the Class B sectional final) between the two teams, it appears to be a great matchup. Both teams are excellent in all aspects of the game. Game time is 7 pm, Friday, November 8.

Saturday, November 9. The Cambridge-Salem Indians defeated Tamarac Saturday afternoon to advance to the championship game. The Indians scored first on a four yard Kaedin Ogilvie run, but Jonah Rescott came back in the second quarter with a five yard run to tie the game at seven.

After Hunter Day and Gabe Sgambettera scored for the Indians it appeared C-S was going to run away. But Tamarac came back with an 18 yard pass from Tristan Nemjo to Jack Mayes to get the Bengals back in the game with a 21-14 score. It was as close as the Bengals would get.

C-S scored in the third and once in the fourth quarter to put the game away. C-S rolled up 468 yards of offense.
