Green Confusion
Last week, we printed the wrong photo with the caption. We apologize for the confusion. This week, here is the Marginal Wood Fern (Dryopteris marginalis), which is an evergreen that grows in clumps in the forest.
The fronds can be a foot to three feet long. This one was found in the snow of the Petersburgh woods.
