Two Charged In Burglary And Car Theft Case

Hoosick Falls Police Department on Thursday, February 6, arrested Zachary Deltoro age 26 and a Natasha Michaels age 24 both from Petersburgh after an investigation of a Burglary that occurred on January 25. 

Michaels was charged with Felony Burglary 3rd and Petit Larceny.

Deltoro was charged with Felony Burglary 3rd, Petit Larceny and Felony Grand Larceny 4th.  

The Grand Larceny was a result of a Motor Vehicle that Deltoro is alleged to have taken and later sold without the owner’s permission. 

Both were arraigned in front of Honorable Judge Harold McClellan and due to the New York State Bail Reform both were released to reappear in Village Court at a later date.
