Loft 433 Opens Its Doors

February 8, 2020 By steve bradley

Executives from First Columbia and Mazzone Hospitality joined the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce to cut the ribbon on the area’s event venue on Tuesday, January 28. Loft 433 is described as a unique and versatile event space offering unlimited possibilities.  Loft 433 takes its name from its address, 433 River Street in Troy, and the fact it is located on the building’s 9th floor.

Invited guest and area officials enjoy the opening day reception following the ribbon cutting for Loft 433. Photo by Amy Modesti.

Built in the late 1800s as a shirt factory, the building still maintains much of its industrial vibe with original masonry walls and lofty ceilings complemented by elegant touches like crystal chandeliers and floor to ceiling windows. The connected outdoor rooftop space provides one-of-a-kind skyline views of the Hudson River.
