Megan Flynn Leads Gators To E-8 Title Game

Hoosick Falls Central School graduate Megan Flynn topped all scoring in Russell Sage’s Empire 8 semi final ladies basketball match up, dropping in 28 points and hauling in 17 rebounds, for her 12th double-double of the year. The Gators topped the Utica College Pioneers 82-75, to earn a match up against the top seeded St. John Fisher Cardinals. The title game didn’t go as the Gators hoped, falling 74-53. Ms. Flynn again led the Gators in scoring with 12 points. She finished her career at Sage with 877 points, good for 13th spot overall on the Gators all time scoring list. She is fifth on that list in all time rebounds.

Megan was also named to the E-8 All Tournament Team as well as to the 2019-20 Academic All-District Women’s Basketball Team. Congratulations Megan on a stellar college career.
