Hoosick Falls Central School

March 28, 2020 By steve bradley

A Message For The Residents Of The Hoosick Falls Central School District

On behalf of the Hoosick Falls Central School Board of Education, we want to express our sincerest thanks to the entire HFCS community for its unwavering and ongoing support of our students as we navigate these unprecedented and challenging times. We could not be more proud of the entire HFCS team.  They continue to approach each day and each new challenge in this ever-evolving situation with professionalism, compassion and with the best interest of our students always at the forefront of their actions. There was no way to prepare for any of this, and yet they have met each obstacle with a plan for how to overcome it.

HFCS faculty and staff have been putting in an enormous amount of time and effort to make sure our students get what they need  – from ongoing at-home learning to continuing to feed ALL students in the district, including weekends .  They do all of this while also managing the health and well-being of their own families. This community is so fortunate to have such an amazing group of people looking after our kids.

Finally, we would like to thank you – the residents of our community, for your ongoing support of our efforts in providing the very best education and school life we can for our students.  We are all in this together, and feel confident that our community will rise to this occasion as we always do – and be stronger for it.  We are hopeful, always grateful, and look forward to the day our students can return to their wonderful HFCS home.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to any member of the BOE should you have any questions or concerns and we will be sure to try and help or put you in touch with someone who can.

With sincere thanks,

The HFCS Board of Education
