Meeting To Be Broadcast Via Web

The Town of Hoosick will hold its April Board Meeting on Monday the 13th but it cannot be open to the public. It is our intent to meet the NYS Open Meeting requirements as they have been modified for the COVID-19 Health Emergency. We have a Public Hearing beginning at 6:45pm in ref to adopting the 2020 NYS Building and Energy Codes and then our April Board meeting will begin at 7pm. There are 3 options to view the meeting live;

Option #1 is to go to your Facebook account and type in Hoosick New York and from our new Facebook page you will see a live feed.

Option 2 is to go to www.townofhoosick.org and look for our Facebook link. Click on the link and it will take you directly to our new Facebook page.

Option #3 log into Zoom Meeting, the meeting ID is 286-728-731 and the password is 134118.

If you are not able to join the actual April Town Board meeting live through Zoom or Facebook the meeting will be recorded and available at a later date on the Town of Hoosick Web site.

Fishing & Turkey License- can be obtained by calling DEC 866-933-2257 or there is a link on the Town web site www.townofhoosick.org look for the April 3rd post.

At the urging of NYS and Rensselaer County we have closed off the Castle Playground and the Basketball Courts. Please continue to practice Social Distancing!! We will get through this….
