Sophie Phillips Chooses To Play At Rhode Island
Sophie Phillips, a Cambridge Central School junior, verbally committed to study and play basketball at the University of Rhode Island last weekend when she let coach Tammi Reiss know of her plans.
Phillips was recently named the New York State Class C Player of the Year after being named to the All -State teams the past three years.
