Last Day of School
Submitted by Rachel Turestsky
On June 17, students and staff of the Berlin Central School District had the opportunity to see each other from a distance and wave goodbye for the final day of the school year.
All district students and families dropped off materials, shared smiles and waves. Many staff and students were grateful for the opportunity to share a smile and a goodbye in person after so much time spent virtually.

The BES students were treated to a popsicle when they “popped in,” while Seniors were able to pick up their senior yard signs if they had not already and cap and gowns for graduation.
The District is proud of the effort and dedication from all of its community members to get through this trying time together, and wishes a happy and safe summer to all. Information about how the next school year will look will be released as soon as New York State sets the guidelines.
