Driver Loses Control, Goes Off Road Into Home

A Hoosick Falls man lost control of his vehicle at the corner of Bayer and Orebed Road on Tuesday, October 6. His car went across the other lane, over a lawn, glanced off a telephone pole and stopped when it hit the house. There were were five people in the car though none were seriously injured.

There were no injuries to any of the home’s occupants either. 

The Hoosick Fire Department and NYS Police responded to the scene. Cahill’s Auto Restoration removed the vehicle. State Police say an investigation is ongoing.
