Clinton O. Wilson

Hoosick Falls – Clinton O. Wilson, 83, a resident of Cottrell Road, passed away November 4, 2020 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. Clinton was born in White Creek, NY on March 31, 1937 the son of the late George and Mary Gates Wilson and attended local schools. Clinton worked as a Dissolving Engineer for many years. He worked as a farm hand for many area farms for 21 years, the Town of White Creek and for Oak-Mitsui Industries in Hoosick Falls. Clinton enjoyed camping with his family, loved tinkering on anything mechanical, gardening, loved his dogs and cherished times spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Clinton is survived by his wife Jacqueline Kipp Wilson of Hoosick Falls whom he married in North Hoosick, on June 16, 1956, children Clinton O. Wilson, Jr. (Catherine) of Malta, Wayne Niles Wilson (Betty) of Walloomsac, Eric M. Wilson (Lori) of Ballston Spa, Cindy L. Jones and Bonnie L. Jacobsen, both of Hoosick Falls, his brother Thomas Wilson (Gillian) of White Creek, 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers George I. and Arthur Wilson and his sister Betty Harrington.

At the request of the family there are no formal funeral services at this time.
