A Notice From The Town Clerk

Notice To Petersburgh Residents

As of January 1, the Berlin Transfer Station will honor the 2020-2021 Transfer Station permits until April 30 of this year when the new permits for 2021-2022 will go on sale from the Town of Berlin. The yellow tickets from the Town of Petersburgh will no longer be honored – and blue tickets need to be purchased from the Town of Berlin.

Tickets can be purchased in person during office hours or a check can be mailed with a request for tickets. Tickets are $2 each. I do not take credit or debit cards.

In place of tickets, you can write a check made out to the Town of Berlin for the cost of disposal.

My office hours are:

Monday and Wednesday evenings 6 pm – 8 pm

Saturdays 9 am – noon.  (Other times by appointment)

My mailing address is: Berlin Town Clerk

PO Box 307

Berlin, NY 12022

The Berlin Transfer Station is only open to Berlin and Petersburgh residents with a valid permit.

Any questions can be directed to the Berlin Town Clerk at 518-658-2161.
