Village Man Arrested On Sex Related Charges
The Hoosick Falls Police Department, in a joint investigation with the New York State Police in Brunswick, arrested 48 year old Rodney Bourn of 16 5th Street in Hoosick Falls. Bourn was apprehended after an investigation of an incident that occurred on January 13 at his residence. He was charged with one count of Rape 1st and one count of Aggravated Sexual Abuse 3rd.
He was arraigned in Schaghticoke town court and remanded to Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
