Emergency Session
The meeting took place on Tuesday evening, February 23 to address issues with the Town’s use of the Armory followed by an executive session to deal with a legal issue and a personnel issue. When the board exited the executive issue a motion was passed authorizing the Town Attorney to prepare the legal papers necessary in anticipation of taking appropriate legal action if needed should the motocross track in West Hoosick reopen in violation of the Town’s local zoning law.
