July 4th Parade Committee Call for Volunteers

American Music Through The Ages

The July 4th parade has occurred in Berlin for well over 100 years, truly a day where the area shines brighter, celebrating all that unites us as Americans. ‘Stepping off’ at 11 am has been the norm as far back as 1878 and will be again this year.

The list of participants is growing already – in addition to the Fire Houses and bands, we are hoping for floats, marchers, business sponsored additions, horses, community groups, youth groups, and not so youth groups, as all are welcomed and encouraged to participate. Create a memory that will last a lifetime.

This annual event is the cumulation of volunteers from all over the valley serving the community. The work starts months before the 4th. No matter your gifts they can be put to good use helping create this long-standing historic gathering. Honestly, it’s fun!
