Employees Of the Month

The Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation at Hoosick Falls is proud to announce Emily Flynn as March’s Employee of the Month. Emily is dedicated to our staff and residents. She is willing to go the extra mile for our residents and constantly shows professionalism, kindness, and thoughtfulness. She has also taken time out of her day to help assist new employees when it comes to learning and hands on care. She goes above and beyond communicating updates to resident’s family members. One of Emily’s co-workers stated, “Emily is always so great when it comes to helping others. She is always there whenever you need her without complaints. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does.”

The Centers for Living and Rehabilitation is proud to announce Betty Gardner as March’s Employee of the Month. Betty shows excellent leadership and teamwork skills when it comes to getting the job done at CLR. She is willing to help any of her co-workers with any type of situation. One of Betty’s co-workers stated, “She does amazing things every day. There is no way I could possibly write every act of kindness but I will name a few. She is always asking what she can do to help, she makes the units look more like home with fish and plants, she brings in candy to give everyone a pick me up, and she is always going out of her way to help our residents.”

Congratulations to both Emily and Betty!
