On March 23, Captain Dominic Loughlin assumed command of Bravo Battery, 3-7 Field Artillery, 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
CPT Loughlin is a 2010 graduate of Catholic Central High School in Troy and a 2014 graduate of Marywood University in Scranton, PA where he attended on an Army ROTC scholarship.
He is married to Kelly Loughlin and is the son of Maryjo and John Loughlin of Petersburgh.
