For many years Brunswick Harley Davidson has hosted the annual Capital Region Toys for Tots Ride. The event is sponsored each year by the Marine Corp League, whose goal is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas. Once again, several hundred motorcyclists gathered on Sunday, October 24 to collect these toys and enjoy a long ride through the Capital Region. Led by members of the New York State Police and the Patriot Guard with assistance from the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office (who also had their two brand new bikes in the event), the procession rolled off just after noon.
