Despite its upbeat title, it’s rather a sad story, with the lead character making a series of bad decisions that estrange him from those he loves, and make himself and them miserable.

Committal services with military honors for Harry B Gompert Jr. are on Friday, May 20, at 1 pm in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY. Harry passed away on April 25, 2011, at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. He was the husband of the late Charlotte Gompert. He is survived by a son, Daniel Gompert, a daughter, Judith Cutler, two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
