One plank of Grafton Town Supervisor Ingrid Gundrum’s campaign platform last fall was to promote a better understanding for all Town Board members of the annual budget. Her idea is that she and the Board should not simply formulate a spending plan in the fall, but also keep a close eye on spending and budgeting throughout the year so that the Board can anticipate trouble coming and make adjustments, and understand the budgetary implications of the decisions they make throughout the year. HFCS Students Visit HACA Food Pantry Ahead Of Empty Bowls

Students in Megan Conner’s Ceramics classes have been hard at work crafting bowls for the Empty Bowls event happening in the high school cafeteria on April 16 starting at 6 pm. The event is designed to tie art with hunger awareness and benefits the Hoosick Area Church Association (HACA) food pantry.

NYS Maple Producers Association is a not-for-profit comprised of the folks who make maple syrup in New York State.
