Tuesday, April 2. Played at Lansingburgh High School. At the end of the second inning Hoosick Falls ( 0-1, 0-1) held a 6-0 advantage but Saratoga Catholic chipped away at that lead by scoring in every remaining inning. By the top of the seventh and final regular game inning, Hoosick Falls was hanging on to a 6-7 lead. In the top of the seventh, Saratoga Catholic’s Ryan McCarroll drove in his third RBI of the game to knot the score at seven. With the score still tied in the top of the eighth Saratoga tacked on five more runs to take a lead the Panthers couldn’t overcome. Panther Max Kipp went 2 for 3, with an RBI and he scored three runs.
