Hoosick Falls – Robin C. Kessler, 30, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2012, at the Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY. She had resided on Munsell Street in Hoosick Falls, NY, with her husband Courtney Kessler and their children.
Born on April 30, 1981, in Bennington, VT, Robin was the daughter of Jeffrey and Crystal (Metcalfe) Pierce of Pownal, VT. Miriam is survived by her two sons, David and wife Maribeth Friedman of Elverson, PA, and Michael and wife Diane Friedman of Voorheesville, NY. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Sarah Friedman and Peter Kueny-Rongione of Shillington, PA, Gordon Friedman of Boston, MA, and James Friedman of Albany, NY, and by her great-grandchild, Logan Harold Kueny-Rongione.

Stephentown – Francis A. Martini, 76, of Wilderness Way, Stephentown, NY, died on Monday, January 2, 2012, at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, NY. Born in Pittsfield, MA, on September 10, 1935, he was the son of the late Anthony and Rose Stracuzzi Martini. A 1953 graduate of Pittsfield High School where he excelled in football and baseball, Fran had been a resident of Stephentown for the past twenty years after living in New Lebanon for eleven years.

Margaret Grace Rimkunas

Hoosick – Margaret Grace Rimkunas  passed away peacefully on December 25, 2011, following a brief illness.
Born inMechanicville, NY, on September 7, 1922, Margaret was the daughter of the late Jack and Margaret (O’Brien) Eberle. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy in Hoosick Falls, NY. On April 21, 1946, she married Stanley J. Rimkunas. For the next forty years they owned and operated the family dairy farm in East Hoosick, NY. She was devoted to being a talented homemaker, a loving wife, daughter and sister, a beloved friend and a truly outstanding mother and grandmother.
