Dennis was born in St. Eugene, Quebec, Canada, a son of the late Alexander and Alice FaFard. He honorably and valiantly served his country in the United States Army and his duty was as a weather observer in Alaska where he would make, record and evaluate data on atmospheric elements. Berlin – Walter Doty, Jr., 86, passed away peacefully at his Berlin home on Wednesday evening, April 27, 2016. Born in Hudson, Walter was the son of the late Walter Doty, Sr. and the late Sophia Piesta Doty.
