To the Editor:
I have lived in Berlin for 39 years and have never seen the volume of young children, young adults and parents in celebration of Halloween.
I want to thank all of you for your courtesy and responsible behavior that evening and apologize for running short on the treats.
The Town has never looked better the morning after.
